Rules for Being put on the KIM List

1. You have to be a fan, no collectors
2. You must follow all TAFL or TFL rules
3. If you ever want to give up the fanlisting if you adopt it please ask me 1st before adopting it out because I may want it back.
4. You need to keep all members and affiliates, plus please put me(Rika24) as the previous owner.
5. You need to show an example of html.
6. You need to give a good reason, no one sentence reasons please.
